The Children’s Homes are registered to accommodate young people aged 11 to 18. Horizon Residential Home for Children can offer 6 placements and Care 2 Share 2 Residential Home for Children can offer 5 placements. The homes provide a safe and caring environment to enable children to move forward towards independent living. Based in Walthamstow and South Woodford, the homes are located centrally to town centres with excellent transport links and community services.

The homes consider all that young people, especially young people with traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours, need a home where they are safe and well cared for.
